To submit your 2D design or sketch please provide the correct information with your email. All lines must be visible to the eye and must contain accurate dimensions. These dimensions must be correct in order to insure the desired 3D design. If a problem is encountered by our team of draftsmen you will be notified by email immediately. Please try to give the correct information the first time, if a dimension is not available due to an improper or missing dimension you will be notified by email also. Submissions may be done 24 hrs a day.

Please give our site 3-5 business days for the average 3D design. We try to design our cad models as fast as possible, but sometimes it takes a little longer with more complicated designs. If you do not receive your 3D design after 1 week of the confirmation email please email us with your reference number provided on your confirmation email.
